What is e-learning?

E-learning uses educational technology to create on-line training courses that enhance the learner’s ability to learn quickly through visual and auditory stimulation.

We use the ADDIE model of instructional design for the majority of our client - explained in the table below:

We use Adobe Captivate and Zebra Apps to design our e-learning content.

An e-learning course uses responsive interactive learning content such as:
- Games
- Simulations
- Videos
- Live and self-paced courses
- Quizzes
- Audio responses
- Multiple choice assessments

Once a participant has completed the e-learning modules, all responses are captured and collated on-line via the e-learning application, giving instant results to both participant and the on-site training team.

We believe a good e-learning experience is based on the quality of the e-learning material and the ease and enjoyment by participant.

We also believe that in order to create a useful e-learning package you would need to have developed manual training courses and have a good understanding and experience about vocational education.

We ask our clients to consider how long their employees take to complete e-learning material. The answer is again – too long!

We have proven ability to complete tasks in a shorter time, costing less for the company whilst maintaining the intergrety of the e-learning project. The majority of our work is completed off-site.

Starting an e-learning project?

When we commence a e-learning design project we follow a standard approach which includes:

1 Initial meeting with the project manager/stakeholders.
2 Develop scope for client required deliverables.
3 Agree on terms, conditions and deliverables.
4 Agree on reporting structure and deadlines.
5 Collect required information.
6 Complete deliverables - based on actual hours.
7 Attend regular update meetings on-site.
8 Deliver completed work on-line or in-person.
